Working Method

In most situations, we are able to close within 45 days, pay the closing costs, and can close in cash terms. We supply an earnest money deposit at the time the contracts are signed to show ‘good faith’ that we will follow through on the remaining payment within the specified timeframe that has been agreed upon. We take the contract details to the title company and you get your payment while signing away the remaining portion of your property rights in exchange.

Closing period

During the time the initial contract for purchase is signed and closing, our team/investors may access the property to gather certain information for once ownership is transferred. Nothing in the terms of the contract will change and the agreement has already been made. This is simply for our team to continue to do our evaluations so we’re prepared once we finalize the contract details.
